SILICON VALLEY PRESENTS the 20th Annual Roof Walk - Air Conditioning & Roofing
Seminar.
Purpose: To give attendees new tools and strategies to make educated
decisions on their air conditioning and roofing problems.
Who Should Attend: Property managers, facility managers, maintenance
personnel and others who are responsible for roof maintenance or air conditioning service and
repairs.
Roof Demonstration: Please wear casual attire as we may be walking on
the roof, i.e. flat shoes, slacks, sunglasses, hat, etc.
Instructors:
Jerry Hurwitz, Owner J&J Air Conditioning
Jerry is an experienced tacher, having taught HVAC for 14 years at san Jose City College,
and has been i nthe air conditioning field for over 36 years. He has taught many seminars
for BOMA and individual property management firms.
David Edmison, Owner DAVCO Waterproofing
Dave has implemented preventative maintenance programs for many
of the leading Silicon Valley companies. He has been involved in the specialty field of roof
maintenance and repair for over 20 years, and in maintenance technology for 26 years.
