Don Cobb, P.E. is a partner in Associated Engineering Consultants, Inc.
in Redding, CA. AEC is a civil engineering firm specializing in pavement
engineering, materials management and quality construction. Don’s focus is
project design and plan preparation. He takes an active role in contract
administration testing and inspection. His expertise ensures every AEC project
meets the highest engineering standards.
Sal Guido is Vice President/General Manager of Reed & Graham Inc.
R&G is a manufacturer/ supplier of hot mix asphalt, asphalt emulsions, seal
coat, geotextile construction fabrics and testing services. Sal has spent the
last 20 years working in the construction industry as both a contractor and materials manufacturer.
