Our Asset Services group transforms assets into opportunities by
providing measurable results in property management, leasing, tenant
relations, project and construction management, technical services, risk
management, purchasing, energy management and financial reporting.
Responsibilities
- Negotiate in compelling and effective ways.

- Embrace endless opportunities as our new Real Estate Manager.
- Coordinate the marketing and leasing of properties.
- Oversee tenant move-ins and move-outs.
- Negotiate early terminations of leases.
- Review and reconcile ground lease rent and common area maintenance (CAM)
recovery charges.
- Administer the collection of rent, expenses and compliance with lease
terms.
- Respond to tenant needs and coordinate with maintenance staff to resolve
problems.
- Oversee due diligence process and monitor the activity of outside
brokers.
- Supervise the planning, budgeting and control of operating and capital
expenditures.
- Inspect property regularly, and make appropriate recommendations.
- Supervise on-site management employees to ensure optimum performance.
- Participate in civic and business organizations.
- Build positive relationships with coworkers, clients and tenants.

Qualifications:
Be ready to advance your career. Provide superior service to tenants

- BA/BS
- Real estate license
- 4+ years of related experience and/or training
- In-depth knowledge of financial terms and principles CPM or RPA
