Field Sales Representative - Anago

One of the largest and fastest growing commercial cleaning companies in the nation is expanding it’s presence in the Bay Area. This is a great growth opportunity for ambitious, organized and energetic self-starters. We have a compelling story with a great solution and strong customer satisfaction. The primary responsibility for Field Sales Representatives is to meet with business client prospects (set up by either telemarketing or field sales cold calls) and sell them janitorial service contracts.

Positions are available for Alameda, San Mateo and Santa Clara Counties.

Responsibilities include:

  • Perform field sales calls for appointments set up by telemarketing.
  • Create bid proposals for appointments to include monthly janitorial services, extra work, floor work, etc.
  • Deliver & present bid proposals and follow up with prospects.
  • Successfully sell services to prospects.
  • Cold call businesses to get additional appointments.
  • Provide status reports for management.
  • Achieve monthly quota numbers.

Position requirements:

  • Personable, dynamic, energetic and ambitious personality, able to establish quick relationships.
  • B2B field sales experience (especially janitorial services) preferred.
  • Organized person with strong time management skills.
  • Confident presence and dynamic presentation skills.
  • Computer skills (Microsoft Office, Outlook).
  • Tenacious follow up and strong work ethic.
