Property Manager

Based in Palo Alto, this positon is responsible for 1.3MM SF, with some properties in Seatte and Denver areas. Class A office, strongly leased. Staff of 2 direct reports plus contracted engineering staff.

Job Requirements:
(Knowledge, Skills, Experience, Education, and Physical Requirements):

  • Four-year degree preferred or equivalent experience.
  • CPM,RPA, or CCIM designation is preferred.
  • Ten or more years of experience in property management.
  • Must be able to physically visit properties and inspect mechanical rooms, roofs, common areas, tenant areas and landscaping.

Job Responsibilities:  (5 to 8 major responsibilities of the job):

% Of Time
  1. Prepare/review and approve property-related functions.  Work closely with the Commercial brokers to help with leasing Wells projects.
  2. Carry out tenant visitations and property inspections.
  3. Assist in acquisitions/dispositions/due diligence processes when applicable.  Act as “market champion” in the Florida area to help identify potential purchases.
  4. Manage Personnel.
  5. Maintain market contacts.
  6. Administration.
