Property Manager

DESCRIPTION:
Cornish & Carey RiverRock, a west coast based full service commercial real estate firm, is seeking an experienced property manager with 3 to 5 years of experience to manage a multi-building office portfolio with some retail. Office is located in the Santa Clara area. Successful candidate will have experience in industrial and office management and a thorough understanding of lease interpretation/administration, budgeting, forecasting and reporting.

Working knowledge of MS Office is required and MRI is desirable. Manager will work as part of a team handling a large, geographically spread portfolio of retail and office product.

A CURRENT CA REAL ESTATE LICENSE IS REQUIRED and prior portfolio management for institutional clients is desired.
