JOB DESCRIPTION:
Commercial Real Estate Development firm looking for professional individual to support executives.

Administrative support

  • Manage executive calendar
  • Call screening
  • Lease/sale documentation
  • Escrow coordination
  • Commission Booking Statements
  • Research real estate market conditions
  • research business articles
  • Coordinate company events
  • Filing management; set-up new filing systems as required
  • Mail management
  • Corporate Minutes

Corporate Marketing

  • Follow-up with new business contacts
  • Preparation of advertising materials
  • Coordinate promotional events for investors, brokers, trade shows
  • Coordinate with outside marketing vendors
  • set-up and maintain Maximizer database and marketing campaigns

Property Managers

  • Administrative support to property managers
  • Lease/sale documentation
  • Commission Booking Statements
  • Correspondences
  • Flyer
  • Update Maximizer database
  • Phone inquiries
  • Email/fax

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

  • BA, BS or minimum 10 years experience in Real Estate field
  • Software: Windows Office Suite, Acrobat, Maximizer (a plus), Skyline (a plus), Photoshop (a plus), Illustrator (a plus)

LOCATION: San Jose - Downtown near SJ Airport

SALARY: commensurate with experience
