Tenant Rep Portfolio Agent - Borelli Investment

The Portfolio Leasing/Tenant rep agent will service our managed portfolio throughout the Greater Silicon Valley Area.  Leads are provided by the company and would complete a team of three working on a large portfolio of buildings. This is an Independent Contractor position.  

Candidates must possess the following traits:

• Must be able to make thorough evaluations and possess strong negotiating skills
• Must understand all aspects of commercial leasing and sales for all product types
• Candidates should be polished and professional in demeanor and possess a strong work ethic, integrity, exceptional listening skills and desire for higher commissions.
• Self Starter and entrepreneurial by nature

Responsibilities include:

• Sales productivity
• Lease/transaction management
• Lead tracking
• Closing deals
• Market research
• Cold calling/prospecting
• Position will service asset management division in leasing its portfolio and broker in-house leads.

Requirements:

• Extensive Real Estate background with no less than 5 years of experience in Commercial Real Estate Sales. Degree from a four year college preferred. A current CA Real Estate License is required.
