Commercial Property Manager

Description:
The on-site position of Commercial Property Manager oversees multi-office and warehouse sites on the peninsula. We are seeking an experienced professional to perform the day to day tenant relations, leasing, operations and staff supervision to ensure the profitable and smooth operations of several sites.

Responsibilities include:

• Strong Tenant Relations
• Strong Owner interaction
• Good Customer Service
• Ability to accurately produce daily, weekly and quarterly reports in a timely manner
• Direction of an office and maintenance staff
• Frequent property inspections
• Over-see insurance certifications
• Prepare accurate and timely leases
• Pro-actively market, initiate and assist with leasing spaces

Requirements include:

• *MUST have 4 to 5 years experience in Property Management, with an emphasis on INDUSTRIAL  PROPERTY MANAGEMENT
• MUST have REAL ESTATE LICENSE, include number on Resume
• MUST have 4 year College degree +/or RPA +/or CPM designation
• Proven organizational and administrative skills
• Proven marketing and customer service skills
• Good communication skills to work with Tenants and Owners alike
• Excellent computer skills for internet postings, Excel and Word
• Reliable transportation with legally required insurance
• Must pass drug and background testing
