Building Engineer (part time)

Description:
The part-time Building Engineer position provides services to two buildings in Menlo Business Park located at 1455 and 1600 Adams Drive (Menlo Labs and Menlo Labs II), which are multi-tenant buildings of R & D, scientific tenants on month to month tenancy agreements. Work hours are M-F 9:00am - 1:00pm.

Experience:

• Background in a facilties role and/or commerical construction.
• General knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electircal, roof, telecommunications.
• Must be able to read architectural plans.
• Candidates must possess ability to use word, excel and e-mail applications.
• Ability to interact with tenants, vendors, tenant prospects and brokers in a professional manner.

Education:
High school degree. Some college desirable, however job experience and professional certifications will be considered.

Salary: Hourly rate commensurate - no benefits.
