Assistant Property Manager

Bayside Realty Partners is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to assist with the property management and leasing of a six-property, medical office and office portfolio in the Peninsula and the East Bay. As part of a team, the Assistant Property Director will be responsible for interfacing with accounting teams, preparing narratives on owner reports, maintaining insurance certificates, preparing lease documents, processing invoices, monitoring accounts receivable, and assisting with leasing team as necessary. Our firm specializes in the management and leasing of medical office properties, and is experiencing strong new business growth.

Bayside Realty Partners is the preeminent provider of property management and leasing services to medical office building owners in the Bay Area, with clients that include many healthcare systems, institutional and private owners of medical office buildings. Our clients include Stanford University, Catholic Healthcare West, Palo Alto Medical Foundation, Trammell Crow Company, Equity One, Kimco Realty among others. Bayside's unique Project Director orientation, in which our property management personnel are involved in management as well as leasing, provides an attractive delivery system to our tenants, and allows our personnel to fully participate in adding value to our properties.

The position requires experience in managing office properties--with any medical office or healthcare property experience a plus. The successful candidate will be able to work with real estate accounting systems, Excel, write well, understand building operations, the basics of leasing, and will be able to function well in a team working environment. California real estate license required, as is own personal vehicle.

Experience: Assistant Property Manager or Property Assistant experience preferred.
Education: College degree preferred but will consider select candidates without degree.
Salary: Negotiable salary with bonus.
