Accountant/Assistant Property Manager
Accounting, Assistant Property Manager/office manager for a primarily multi-tenant office portfolio in the south bay. Part time- 30 hours per week.
Experience/Skills:
- QuickBooks accounting software experience a plus
- Prior property management experience preferred
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple and complex daily operational matters
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Good verbal and written communication
- Organized, detail oriented with good follow up skills
- Self motivated
Education: College degree
Salary: $25-28/hr depending on experience
