Accountant/Assistant Property Manager

Accounting, Assistant Property Manager/office manager for a primarily multi-tenant office portfolio in the south bay.  Part time- 30 hours per week.

Experience/Skills:

  • QuickBooks accounting software experience a plus
  • Prior property management experience preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple and complex daily operational matters
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Good verbal and written communication
  • Organized, detail oriented with good follow up skills
  • Self motivated

Education: College degree

Salary: $25-28/hr depending on experience
