Senior Real Estate Agent - VTA

JOB SUMMARY:
Plans, organizes, supervises, and integrates the work of assigned staff engaged in acquiring, appraising, managing, leasing or disposing of real property and rights-of-way; and performs related duties as assigned. Responsible for planning, organizing, and supervising staff engaged in appraisals, acquisitions, relocations, or property management, and for performing the more difficult and complex duties. The current vacancy will initially be responsible for planning, organizing and managing VTA's property management program. However, future assignments can be in any one of the above-related fields.

EXPERIENCE:
Development of the required knowledge and abilities is typically obtained through: Graduation from an accredited college or university with major coursework in business administration, public administration, finance, real estate or a related field; and five years of increasingly responsible experience in the appraisal, acquistion, relocation, and management of real property; and At least two years in a project lead or supervisory capacity. Two year experience in acquisition of property for public use is desireable.

LOCATION: San Jose, CA

SALARY: $6,983 - $8,490/Month
