Administrative Director, Transition and Strategic Space Planning

We stand for EMPOWERMENT
Find a career that will impact far more lives than your own. It takes a different kind of person to become a healthcare leader. It’s not just about medicine. It’s about treating patients like people, and changing lives in the way we care for them. At Stanford Hospital & Clinics, this is not a job we take lightly.

Administrative Director, Transition and Strategic Space Planning

In this highly visible, impactful role you will have bottom-line responsibility for multi-year master space planning for the entire organization and for determining how to meet the organization’s ever growing space requirements.  You will be the pivotal operations link between the architects/construction teams, users, senior leadership and the community in determining the teams focus during pre-construction, construction and activation phases. All aspects of transitional and space planning, development and execution for the new hospital and existing facilities will be your responsibility.

To be successful in this role, you will need at least seven years of progressively responsible managerial experience in architecture, facilities planning or healthcare facility management. We require a Bachelor’s degree or combination of equivalent education and work experience.  A Master’s degree is preferred.
