An entrepreneurial and fast-growing commercial real estate
property management and leasing company based on the Peninsula is
seeking a full-time Accounting Assistant for its San Carlos headquarters
office. The person will report to the company Controller.
The position consists of a wide variety of accounting and administrative
tasks, including:
- Having responsibility for all accounts payable (AP)
processing for the portfolio.
- Answering all incoming phone calls and assisting
tenants, brokers, vendors and clients as needed.
- Serving various administrative needs.
- Possible involvement in some property management duties,
based on qualifications of applicant.
The ideal candidate possesses 1-2 years experience in accounting, real
estate and/or administrative experience with commercial properties, can
handle multiple tasks concurrently, has excellent customer
service/listening skills and has excellent skills with Word, Excel and
real estate accounting software packages.
Location: San Carlos, California
Salary: Based on experience. Medical and benefits, 401K and profit sharing plan are available.
