Darrel Louis of Louis & Riparetti will be presenting a one hour Roofing 101 presentation starting with the basics through effective budgeting, and addressing causes and concerns relative to your roofing and waterproofing assets. Darrel Louis has worked in the field of Roofing and Waterproofing over the past twenty-five years, and was instrumental in establishing the Independent Roofing Contractors of California, providing a parallel training program for non-union apprentices.
His expertise includes the application and installation techniques for a broad range of products, including single-ply membranes, fluid-applied systems, modified bitumens, foam applications, roof coatings, above and below grade waterproofing applications, as well as being an expert at maintaining and extending the service life of your roofing system.
“Roofing 101 – The Basics” is a dynamic presentation about the importance of roof maintenance. Topics covered will include the basics of roofing terminology, common roof issues and what to do about them, the benefits of preventive maintenance, establishing a roof maintenance program & a revealing look at how roof maintenance enhances revenue.
