Breakfast of Champions
This is an exciting program being presented by The Registry in partnership with BOMA, CREW and IFMA.
Silicon Valley may soon be the home to four major sports franchises. Along with the hometown San Jose Sharks and Earthquakes, the 49ers are poised to start construction on their new home shortly. At the same time, the A's fate in Oakland is in question, making the famed Money Ball team a serious contender for the trek south.
The impact of this transition will be significant for the South Bay region. Landlords, tenants, retailers, restaurateurs and business owners, as well as home builders and developers will all be affected, and the repercussions of the teams' moves are yet to unfold.
Our event will focus on the impact these champions will have on our region and provide a practical overview of what that means to your buildings, your tenants, and you as a commercial real estate professional in the South Bay.
