BOMA Silicon Valley in partnership with the Environmental Institute of America, AIA Santa Clara Valley, IFMA Silicon Valley and CCIM present an informational panel discussion:

"Understanding what you need to know about the new LEED Designations"

Join us for a workshop with time for questions and answers on the new USGBC LEED Designations:

  • LEED Green Associate
  • LEED AP+ Interior & Design Construction
  • LEED AP+ Operations & Maintenance

Our Panel is comprised of presenters from both the commercial real estate management and product and service delivery perspectives discussing the benefits of LEED designation.

Representing the owner and manager perspective is Michael Foster, LEED A.P., Founding Co-chair BOMA SV Energy and Sustainable Management Committee and Cass Contreras, LEED A.P. Strategic Sales and Marketing Manager CleanSource Inc ., and Committee Member. Representing the Environmental Institute of America will be Alex Thatcher, Chief Executive Officer.
