Asset Management Course

Today’s property managers work hand-in-hand with asset managers and often serve as asset managers themselves. Expert education gives professionals the capability to build value in real estate assets, providing confidence to investors, owners, and building tenants. Classes will be held every Tuesday evening beginning January 19, 2010

Class Dates: Class begins: January 19, 2010
Class ends: March 9, 2010
Tests will be computer based at a testing center on a convenient date arraigned by the student & BOMI.

COURSE REGISTRATION FEES:

BOMI is charging a $60 fee for its new Computer Based Testing (CBT) service.  In light of the economy and its impact on members and their employers, BOMA SV will NOT charge this fee to its members.

Non-Member $875 plus $60 CBT Fee
   
New Student Enrollment Fee $175
One-time enrollment fee for new BOMI students pursuing a Designation.
   
Course Fee $75
A $75.00 per course enrollment fee will apply to all individuals who obtain one designation and wish to pursue another.
