Law & Risk Management Accelerated Course

In today's complex business environment, it is increasingly important for property managers to know how to address legal and risk management issues. This course will provide you with a foundation in the basic principles of law and risk management, helping you deal with everyday legal and risk issues surrounding your business.

In addition to addressing leasing and conveyance, the course covers important issues on torts, contracts, employer/employee relations, property rights, and environmental law.

*There is a $225 one-time enrollment fee for new students enrollng in a certificate or designation program.

***There is a $100 enrollment fee if you take an individual course. If you take an individual course, then decide to enroll in a certified or designation program, the $100 fee from your first course (only) may be applied toward the $225 enrollment fee for your first certificate or designation program. Fees are non-refundable and must be paid with or before enrolling in a course, certificate, or designation program. A $100 late registration fee may be applied to any registrations received thereafter.
